DailyGobble dba Relevant (“DailyGobble”, “DG”, “”us” or “we”) creates mobile applications (“apps”, “app”) on behalf of retail merchants for use by their customers. DailyGobble respects the privacy of the users of our mobile applications This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any Personal Information (as defined below) you submit to use through our applications or affiliated websites.

DailyGobble provides mobile applications and may on occasion host external websites within its applications. By submitting any information through the application or signing up for any services, you acknowledge and agree that DailyGobble and/or your patroned merchant may process (i.e., collect, use, etc.) your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What type of information do we collect?

DailyGobble collects Personal Information and Anonymous Information from you when you use or interact with our applications, upon initial sign up, and when you send us information or communications.

“Personal Information” means information that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or survey responses or customer satisfaction information that you may choose to submit through the application.
