What type of information do we collect?
DailyGobble collects Personal Information and Anonymous Information from you when you use or interact with our applications, upon initial sign up, and when you send us information or communications.
“Personal Information” means information that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or survey responses or customer satisfaction information that you may choose to submit through the application.
“Anonymous Information” means information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information; Anonymous Information does not permit the identification of individual persons.
Personal Information You Provide to Us
We may collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily through your interaction and/or use of the application, including submission of survey questions, your email address, password (from sign-up), and content on photographs that you may submit through the application including receipt images that you upload (this data may include product purchase preferences and details involving the time, place, cost, number of items and other features of your orders, for example).

As you access and/or use the application, we may collect certain information, such as unique identifiers for your wireless communication device, and the locations from which you order merchant products or otherwise interact with the application,
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that a web site sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a web site. For websites that we manage, DailyGobble may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our affiliated websites.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties (such as your patroned merchant) who assist us in operating our application, conducting our business, or servicing you. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways by us and/or your patroned merchant:
To improve customer service
(Your information helps us and your patroned merchant to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.)
To process transactions
(Your information helps us process the issuance of points, rewards, surveys and other functions that are a part of the mobile application or merchant’s desired engagement program with its customers.)
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other application feature
(Any of the above features will only be sent to you under the authorization of your patroned merchant. DailyGobble will not contact you for promotions or contests unless given permission or authorized by your patroned merchant.)
To personalize your experience
(Your information helps us and your patroned merchant to better respond to your individual needs. For example, we use location information from your mobile device to show you a list of nearby venues. Your location is not considered public information and is never published to a public audience or posted on any profile. Your information may also be used under authorization by your patroned merchant to direct specific rewards or promotions to you in the form of push notifications or emails. Push notification configurations can be adjusted in the Settings feature of your phone.)

To send periodic emails
The email address you provide when signing up for the app may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your receipt submission or application or account maintenance. Users cannot opt out of these emails which facilitate the functionality of the application and loyalty programs. In addition, we or your patroned merchant may send offers or promotions to your email address. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time either by following the instructions at the bottom of the email or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. Sensitive information such as passwords are encrypted into our Database. All information is to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
While we endeavor to protect the security and integrity of sensitive Personal Information collected via our applications, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee that any information, during transmission through the internet or while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers.
If you contact us by e-mail or a “contact us” or similar feature on our applications, you should be aware that your transmission might not be secure. A third party could view information you send by these methods in transit.
You may be able to create an account on or through our applications with a username and password. If so, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account password, and you shall be responsible for any access to or use of our applications by you or any person or entity using your password, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by or on behalf of you, and whether or not such person or entity is your employee or agent. Please notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
We will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during or after transmission.
In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. If a notification is appropriate, we would endeavor to do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances, and, to the extent we have your e-mail address, we may notify you by e-mail. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from or market to anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
In the event that DailyGobble or substantially all of its assets related to our applications are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation, dissolution, bankruptcy or liquidation, your Personal Information may be one of the transferred assets.
